WHEELS OF ANTIOCH set up:
Please review all of the information below. Registrations will be confirmed in the order in which they were received. Additional fees will apply per extra space requested.

*NO ANIMALS! Only pre-approved service animals will be permitted on campus. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us before registering!

Your space is only secured with a completed registration AND payment. 

Note: Some display areas will be on grass and others may be located on asphalt. Shade Is Not Guaranteed!

Setup Information Setup is on the event day, Saturday, November 1, from 8:00 am - 9:30 am. Arriving earlier than 8:00 am will not be allowed in to park due to vendor traffic. Special requests can be made however, we may not be able to guarantee all requests. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the set-up area after 9:30 am. All vehicles must be out of the set-up area by 9:30 am with no exceptions, so please plan accordingly.  
If you are also a vendor, you must provide your own tables, chairs, and tents.
Power is not provided.  NO GENERATORS PLEASE !
 To assist with the best flow for check in, please enter through the Knights Griffin Rd. entrance furthest from McIntosh Rd. We will direct you that morning to where you will park. If you are also a vendor, We DO NOT have the resources or ability to help you unload your items, so please plan accordingly. Bring carts and people to help!
Sales and Distribution​ (if also a vendor)-You will be responsible for all sales transactions (cash or electronic). Cash, change, or WIFI (for electronic transactions) WILL NOT be provided.  All sales of food items/meals are prohibited. Only canned /jarred food items will be allowed: sauces, jams, jellies, pickles, etc. 
Weather Questions Antioch Days Marketplace is a rain or shine event! Check the forecast and plan accordingly.
Breaking Down and Departure We will advertise a "closing time" for Wheels of Antioch & Marketplace at 2 pm. We want folks to enjoy the day for as long as possible. You will be welcome to stay longer. In previous years for Antioch Days, we usually find that around 2 pm is when things are really wrapping up, however, we understand that you may need to leave earlier than that time. If you do, please know that your vehicle cannot be driven up to your booth nor can you park it in the traffic path.  You cannot drive inside the barricades. Please plan accordingly. You do not need to check out with anyone when you are leaving.
Final Thoughts... Please remember that Wheels of Antioch & Marketplace is a community celebration that our church puts on each year. We aren't professionals but we do our best! We ask for your patience and grace as we try our best to accommodate you that day and we thank you once again for joining us for Wheels of Antioch & Marketplace 2025!
